1. Engagement Principles
Skyora AI Technologies delivers technical and digital growth services including Meta Ads management, web application engineering, CRM/ERP architecture, and AI workflow integrations. All formal engagements are governed by specific, signed Milestone Statements of Work (SOW).
2. Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon settlement of corresponding project milestone invoices, all bespoke source code, creative campaign assets, marketing schemas, and automation scripts produced for the client become the sole intellectual property of the client.
3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree to treat all business data, customer records, technical architectures, and financial benchmarks shared during scoping or active sprints as confidential under standard commercial NDA terms.
4. Warranties & Disclaimers
While our systems and ad management frameworks are engineered to maximize return on investment, third-party algorithmic conditions (such as Meta ad policies or search engine updates) operate independently of our agency control. Specific performance targets are detailed in individual client SOW agreements.
5. Governing Law
